We needed a garage door opener, we were quoted a price several months back...when we were finally ready...we were pleasantly surprised to find out that although the prices had increased our original quote was made available to us. The tech showed up and installed the new equip, he added an longer rod..as our original one was too short and the door did not open all the way. He was very professional, and he was nice to my dog, people who are kind to animals are good people.
